#If you are a Singapore Citizen (SC) married to a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) (that is, an SC/SPR household), you can apply for the Citizen Top-Up Grant when your SPR family member gets Singapore Citizenship or when you have an SC child.
Buyer with Average Gross Monthly Household Income from $10,001 to $11,000
(For ECs launched for sale from 15 August 2011 onwards, such as CDL Piermont Grand EC, first-timer households with monthly income between $10,001 to $11,000 may get a Housing Grant of $20,000.)

How to Apply
You may apply for the CPF Housing Grant when you book a unit with the developer. You will be provided the form to apply for the grant, and the developer will submit this form with the rest of your application for Westwood Residence.
Disbursement of Grant
The Grant is given only to the Singapore Citizen (not the SPR spouse).

Disbursement of Top-Up Grant
The Top-Up Grant is given only to a Singapore Citizen spouse (not Singapore Permanent Resident spouse) who is listed as an owner or applicant of the Westwood Residence EC.
Use of Grant
The CPF Housing Grant will be credited into your CPF Ordinary Account and treated as part of your CPF fund. It can be used to pay for the CPF portion of the downpayment for Westwood Residence at the time of signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement, after you have paid the cash payment (if applicable), or to reduce the mortgage loan.
The CPF Housing Grant will be included in the computation of the CPF withdrawal limit for your Westwood Residence EC.

LENTORIA PRICE . NEW LAUNCH
The Lentoria condo showflat will probably launch for VIP Preview in 2024. This is a new residential development on a mid-sized land parcel in the new Lentor Hills Estate. It will occupy a regular shaped plot on what was formerly forested land.
The exact location of the Lentoria condo showflat will not be on the actual site, but is likely to be next door, where the current Lentor Hills Residences showflat is. This is perhaps not surprising, given that the developers are related companies.
The Lentoria condo will be the fourth project to launch for sale within a period of 2 years, in this neighbourhood. The site is just opposite that of Lentor Hills Residences, and within 6 minutes walk from Lentor Modern mall and the Lentor MRT station connected to it. The 4th project here is Hillock Green.
The developer for Lentoria condo will be TID Residential, comprising two brand name developers, Hong Leong Holdings and Mitsui Fudosan. TID has not released the Lentoria price list or even indicative pricing yet. They are likely to do so only at the Lentoria condo sales and booking day itself.
