This Westwood EC is being developed by the Koh Brothers Group Limited (Koh Brothers) and Heeton Holdings Limited (Heeton).
This joint venture between Koh Brothers’ subsidiary Changi Properties Pte Ltd, and Heeton Homes Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of Heeton, had won the land sale with a bid of $382 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr), or S$198.9 million.

This project is designed by ADDP Architects, who appear to be responsible for the designs of almost half the new launches, the most recent being the Avenir condo at River Valley. LENTOR HILLS RESIDENCES SHOWFLAT
This is one of the four upcoming new residential developments in the new Lentor Hills Estate. Lentor Hills Residences itself is three walk from Lentor Modern mall, and the Lentor MRT station that is directly linked to the mall.
The neighbourhood comprises mainly private homes, both landed and condominiums. Lentor Hills Residences is being developed by a consortium of GuocoLand, TID, and Hong Leong Holdings. They launched the Lentor Hills Residences showflat in 2023, and the sales on booking day were considered quite good.
Lentor Hills Residences is the advantage of being next to Hillock Park, and is also close to the Central Water Catchment area. Peirce Reservoir and Park, and Seletar Reservoir and Park and both within 10 minutes drive of the site.
